European Practitioner Training Course
Judith will spend the month of June in Germany, with both a final retreat for the current class of practitioner trainees and a first retreat for a new training group. She is teaching these trainings with Sieglinde Hieronymous. Dates for the trainings in June have not yet been set.
This Germany–based Practitioner Training Course, while organized primarily for German and European participants, is open to anyone who is conversant in English and can make it to the initial retreat in Germany.
This is a year-long program dedicated to learning PsychoNeuroEnergetics (PNE). PNE addresses all levels of the body, emotions, mind and spirit to heal the devastating effects of trauma.

A new practitioner training course will be offered beginning in the spring!
The PNE training program is a curriculum of about 1 year. It consists of 5 modules of online webinars and 2 in-person, intensive-training retreats. Each module of webinars consists of a series of 8 webinars held weekly. A weekend practice group, probably at Judith’s home in Hillsborough, NC, is being organized for practitioners and trainees (see above).

Cranials Retreat
$750 includes food and lodging at Judith’s home

Cranials involves holding points on the cranium from within the mouth. It is powerful work that may catalyze powerful spiritual openings. The cranial work is recommended for the further growth and development of PNE practitioners and is a requirement for PNE teachers. This intensive gathering is available to all practitioners, and is especially recommended for new practitioners who have not yet had the opportunity to experience it.

Spinals Retreat
$750 includes food and lodging at Judith’s home

Spinals involve holding calcifications on the spine with facilitation for the resolution of bone-deep issues. This is the second retreat for practitioner trainees and involves both spinal work and evaluation of student point-holding and facilitation. The program is open to those in the last two practitioner trainings who weren’t able to make the previous spinal retreats and any practitioners who would like to repeat Spinals.

Teacher Training Course
Webinar introduction beginning Jan 31
Those practitioners who wish to take the next step to be qualified to teach PNE will need to let Judith know. A simple text message is sufficient. This training is by permission only. The teacher training will run concurrent with the new practitioner training that begins in March.
East Coast Practice Group

Judith is encouraging the creation of an ongoing East Coast Practice Group, in which practitioners and students-in-training could get together to practice point-holding. Judith will be available to advise and assist. Judith has offered her home, but the group could also meet elsewhere, if desired. We’ll discuss logistics at the Southeast Practitioner Gathering.

The program will involve point-holding practice with each other. Judith will offer some review of Porges’s vagal theory and some techniques for balancing or tritrating the nervous system that work well with PNE. There will be time for group sharing about sessions, discoveries, and more. Food bars will be prepared by the group. This gathering is open to both practitioners and students of practitioner training.

The Autonomic Nervous System: Foundations and A Bridge Into PNE with Judith Johnson & Jon DeRosa

Join Judith Johnson and Jon DeRosa for this continuing education offering online. This is a master class designed to bring past and current practitioners up-to-date with all of the most current PNE teachings, specifically those focusing on the Vagus Nerve and the Autonomic Nervous System.
In the past few years, the PNE practitioner curriculum has made significant advances, as new research by colleagues Thor Phillipsen and Stanely Rosenberg has begun to inform our understanding of the significance of the Vagus Nerve in regard to trauma, as well as the way we approach point-holding.
In this 3-part online workshop, we will go in depth to discuss how trauma affects the brain and fully explore the significance of the Vagus Nerve and the Autonomic Nervous System in regard to PNE. At the completion of this course, attendees will have the most current information available on how to conduct PNE sessions with a new and thorough understanding of these areas.

Yoga and the Nervous System: create a more potent practice

We have experienced a collective upheaval this year. For most of us, the upheaval has revealed what systems, ideologies, and tools no longer serve us. This is a time where we can get more clarity on how our yoga and movement practice can better serve us, and provide tools and support especially during change, challenge, and conflict.
This online workshop is led by Amanda Hamm, a PNE Practitioner and RYT-500 certified yoga teacher. We will look at how our nervous system works, explore exercises to ground you in your body, and learn tools to help you find a feeling of safety and ease as you move through your practice and navigate life.
